Return Policy

It is important to us that you love your Rue Pigalle piece. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return any regularly priced merchandise for a full refund. All sales items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. When returning items, please remember these four rules.

Four Rules of Returns


Return It Within 15 Days
If the items you ordered are not what you expected, we will gladly offer store credit within 15 days.

Return New Items Only
Returned clothing, jewelry, and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, perfume scent, makeup marks, or hair. The original tag must be attached. Where appropriate, we recommend that you try on the clothes with an undershirt and without makeup

Some Items Can’t Be Returned
Intimates, swimwear, skincare and beauty products, socks, stockings, books, magazines, and flowers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Keep the Tags On
All our items have a hang tag attached. Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

Who is responsible for Return Shipping Costs?


Customers are fully responsible for return costs to Rue Pigalle. All returns are processed as full refunds. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

How Do I Return Items?


If you’re not completely satisfied with the look, fit, or feel of any item, you can return the item for a full refund up to 15 days from the shipping date. Here’s how to make a return:

  1. Please email us at boutique@ruepigalle.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Once you've received your RMA# by email, please include a copy of the RMA# with your return.
  2. Place the items you would like to return in the original box. Make sure the items are securely wrapped and fill the box with extra bubble wrap or tissue paper if necessary, to avoid movement of items in the box. It is your responsibility to securely package the items and ensure that they are not damaged during transportation.
  3. Send your item by your choice of postal service or courier to Rue Pigalle, 5 Bayview Wood, Toronto, ON M4N 1R8, Canada. Tel: +1.647.242.8114. Please email us the tracking number if applicable.
  4. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be processed on your credit card.

How Long Will It Take For My Return to Process?


We work diligently to ensure that returns are processed as quickly as possible. Typically, once an item is received in our office it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

What If There is a Quality Issue with My Items?


Rue Pigalle collections are quality guaranteed for 60 days after purchase. If you have any concerns about the workmanship of our products, please email us immediately at boutique@ruepigalle.ca. Please include photos and explanation so that we can understand the defect. We will then contact you and arrange for the product to be shipped back to us at our cost. Once we have received the product and we agree that it is defective, we will have it repaired at no cost to you or refund your credit card for the full amount, should repairs not be possible. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

What Happens if I Don’t Follow the Policy?


If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, or missing its hang tag, your return will not be processed and you will not receive a refund. Instead, we will notify you via email and offer 2 options:

  1. The item can be reshipped to you at your cost
  2. The item can be donated to a local women’s shelter.
If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will assume that you prefer Option 2.

Can I exchange my order?


At this time, exchanges are not possible due to our limited inventory. If you are not fully satisfied with your Rue Pigalle piece, please return it and we will refund you for the full amount.
